How to Open Editable PDFs Correctly
Download the file to your computer. Don’t open it in your browser (Chrome preview hides the form fields).
Right-click the file and choose Open With → Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
Make sure you have the free version installed: Adobe Reader DC Download
Use a desktop or laptop. Editable fields won’t work on iPads, tablets, or phones.
If you see missing fonts or can’t type, double-check that you’re not in “preview mode.” It should say Adobe Acrobat Reader DC at the top.
Following these steps will ensure the fonts and editable boxes show up correctly.
